How do I add inline image to an email?

I tried to use the email plugin but adding an inline attachment generates an error:

How can I attach inline images to my email?

Copy the file to attach to in the workspace directory.
Use the sendmail plugin with code like:
Attach the file using the "Attachment" option, not the "In-line Attachment"
